They do. It just isn't cheap.
It's 100 Euro setup and 15 Euro per month for Windows 2003 R2 Standard.

for 49.99 euros, It came with 2 IPs. What are the benefit of having 2 IPs? is there any link to understand having more than 2 IPs?
