a google search of "wma to mp3" will give you some programs.
i got one on download.com not too long ago...

no idea what my mate had but he just types in the new file extention
on the track and it converts it.... bloody bizarre it is im tellin ya....
Easy Cd creator or easycd da is a good program , it converts almost all music files to others except real media of course ....

Exact Audio Copy can convert wma to wav...that can in turn be recompressed as an .mp3.
You do have EAC already, right?
