start with an open site like thepiratebay. see how it's going and after that you can go on to other sites.
i upload sometimes and it's a very hard job. you must be pretty fast with the realeses and some other stuff. good luck to you

you need $$ or connections for 1) seedbox and 2) ftp
then you need to know how to do some simple scripting to automate rls from x site to x bt site.
