SDBits is good too, but there is much less activity on sources than encodes.
And a new site, Filmdom just opened with only dvd9s.
Demonoid also has some I've found.

Strange, when I looked a while ago the R1 release date was November 11th. Now it's 9th December, almost same as R2UK.
What's the URL for Filmdom? It's not net, org or com.
