  1. #21
    a bit offtop:
I`ll order today a L-server from kimi to run it under Ubuntu 8.04 and have some questions about it:
    - what shoud I choose by ordering: "choose by feature" and then ubuntu 8.04 desktop or "choose by distribution and there Ubuntu? or maby it will be the same in result?
    - If I need to reboot a server under Ubuntu 8.04, could I log in through putty then without any problem?(If I tried to manage a seedbox on my home network, then after reboot I had to log in into Ubuntu first(then to establish my Internet coonection) , and then login through putty) How it works with a remote server?

    1) The same thing by feature and by distribution..

    2) If you order from ovh.co.uk there is a button on manager that you can hard reboot your server.
Or else by putty. After restart you can log in by using username and password give to nx client or putty.
    Seedplace.eu
