I recommend CCleaner and Tune Up 2009
CCleaner and Defraggler are all I use.
I used to be so anal about these programs....I've been through em all. systemoptimizier, tuneuputilities, ccleaner, and a ton other i cant remember.
I've stuck with one though, and love it to death. Ace Utilities. It does wonders, it's fast, has some nice features. I install it on every windows machine i touch.
i hear ccleaner is good too, havent used it in awhile though.

COMODO System Cleaner is free and just came out for 64 bit computers

I too use Ace Utilities when working on peoples' computers.
They haven't updated it for a long while though and have introduced a new program, "System TuneUp" which looks like a re-named new version of Ace Utilities.
I installed System TuneUp last night, ran the registry checker after using both ccleaner and TUU2009 and it brought up hundreds of problems.
The interface for the reg cleaner isn't as helpful or informative as AU but it does an excellent job.
Keygens for AU and STU are around but neither generate valid serials on x64 machines (x86 serials are different from x64 ones) so I'll need to uninstall it after the trial period.![]()
There isn't a bargepole long enough for me to work on [a Sony Viao] - clocker 2008
ccleaner is what i use but tune up is good too.
