when i download a file off the net and unwar it,my computer freezes while the files been unwaring
the bigger the file is,the longer my computer freezes,what is wrong here ?
is it winrars or is it my computer making my computer freezes ?

iam trying out the latest beta 4.0.68 which was out a few days ago,everything is working well,nothing wrong
but all of sudden the icon at the button of the screen turns orange,which means something is wrong with it
i open to see what is wrong with it,i see this msg
maxium protection may not be ensured
operating system is not up to date
this computer does not have all the available operating system updates installed.
please installed the missing updates by means of windows update

do i have to installed all the missing updated to get ride of the error msg or is there any other way of removing it ?
or should i just go back to v3 ?

leave it on and installed all the updates
or
turn it off and dont installed any update
if i do turn it on,which updates should i install and which one shouldnt i install ?
