There has to be a good balance between content & Pre-times. Those are the most successful trackers, imo.

speed is important if you are not patient like me.
but i should also admit that, if you can not find what you are looking for in a tracker that means speed is zero.
10kB/s > 0 kB/s in this case eventually you can get it.
