Content or Pre-Time?

^ title. what do you care about more, the content of a tracker or the pre?

let's say tracker #1 had 5k torrents. but the pre-times were around 30 mins later than tracker #2.

and tracker #2 has only 2k torrents, but the pre-times are usually < 1min.

which would you choose?

i would choose pretime, cause some shows aka Californication i want to dl right away. 5k torrents is nothing, and the tracker would be pretty worthless to me if the pre's sucked as well. I don't see why you can't have both though.. If a tracker has great pre's eventually people will find out and start using it rather than their slower sites, and then the retention will become better on the faster site. I can't see a situation where you would have to pick one or the other, unless one of the trackers isnt a 0day site

Generally speaking I download '0day' releases the most, rather than older stuff, so just because of that I'd value pre more.

third factor, which is actually also important - the speed, is missing. anyway, i would choose content

For me, the content and ajsl is right. The speed is the most important thing to me. I don't really care about the pre time. I can have a file late by a day or so.

content and speeds (up at least 4mbit's ~ 480kb/s) the most important 2 things for me, pre can be even 1h

pretimes. i love waiting for a scene group to rls something, but i hating waiting for it show up on the tracker...

if i were to choose from what you gave it would be #1. Would be weired/lame/mental//crazy/insane to pick #2 just coz they pre 30 mins before the first one.

P.S. 5k torrents isn't much btw, especially if it is bunch of MP3s.

I have never watched a movie, TV episode or whatever the same day I downloaded it, so for me pre-time is the less irrelevant thing to take in consideration.
