I think content is most important.Something hard find and special content is best.

If you do start a new tracker be prepaired for a few things.
1. A lot of hard work
2. Sleepless nights.
3. No life.
4. Watch out for people that say they will help but just do you over, it does happen.

Also need to make sure that you:-
1. Get a good staff team.
2. Have good sources for material.
3. Use high speed servers for site and for seeding stuff.
4. Have a full pocket as a site can real be a drain on cash flow for the first few months at least, I recomend you have at least 3 months costs of servers etc b4 you even open the site or chances are you will not last more than a few months

Could not agree more. And at the end all those sacrifices might be for nothing because the tracker might not succeed. It has happened before plenty of times.
