Toilet Seat Up Or Down?

Simple method in our house: Lid and seat go down after anything done by anyone. That way everyone has to lift and everyone has to put it down.

1. you dont have pee everywhere if you wake up 3 in the morning and can't aim
2. less noise
3. people can't see your private parts
4. if you are peeing half way and you URGELY wants to poop you are already seated
