    i use mainly tl and bitsoup. scc has a very good apps section and its freeleech.

    ScT may be great in some areas, but they're fairly pathetic at apps

    WHAT has more appz than TL.
    Demonoid is kinda slow, also need to be careful on packer - some always contain virus.
    But again, hard to define 'the best' unless specify what type of apps you're looking for.
