OK here's the problem.
I can d/l from GFT and TL at my max speed (1.5 MB/s) but at SCC it only ever reaches the high 500s (kB/s).
What gives?
I check out the peer list and almost everyone is hitting at least 1 Meg.
Also when I d/l from TL and GFT I can usually browse with ease however at SCC my browser gets very slow as soon I start to d/l even though it is only about 1/3 of my max speed.
What do you guys think the problem is?
