You sad: "not trader,cheater,collector". But, I believe giving away a acc is kind of cheating. You don`t cheat indirect, but you are helping others to cheat. Maybe I am wrong about this, but let that be...Giving away acc it`s wrong.

scl is a pretty small community. giving away an acc in public (or not in public) would be a very thoughtless action to do imo.

Advise to you is let the account die or ask staff to delete it because they will notice and disable the account, which is not fair on the person who you give it to!
