I want to buy a seedbox but i dont know where to buy
I can pay 40-50$ for this and i want 50 hdd minimal hdd and 100mbit/s and unlimited bandwith and to to download and upload more than 10 torrents

first of all RPS servers do not have windows choice.
You can try ovh's Dedicated servers. Check RPS's principle of operation to learn more about RPS servers.
But if you are from albania you must know that you can not buy from OVH as they only sell to some european countries.
But there are some ppl who resell ovh's servers as seedplace.eu seedhost.eu and if you can, find slayer2005 in this forum who is also reselling..

Don't go for the dedicated one. Now on their website, it is written that 100 mbps is not guaranteed.
