The big stuff like APC is already on bittorrent. Personally I don't like SoulSeek, I prefer IRC, but no one seemed interested in moving the room to an IRC server. Bittorrent can be nice, but the sites are always up/down/moving etc, and security is an issue.

worth thinking about since spreading on soulseek is slow and the damn program is very buggy for me.

where do you look on irc for these?

When Wizzandbee started the bittorrent thing, I jumped onto the idea. Things were so slow to get off the ground that I gave up. I actually was not aware that the bittorrent site was still being worked on.

I tried the private torrent site as well. uploaded a couple comics.. but there just werent enough things. soulseek is just so much easier. IRC would be the best, but we would need someone with a huge conenction to host it.

err i may be wrong. i think thats what would be needed. cus there is no difference between irc and soulseek if we all are bots and use our connections..
