Hello.. I'm looking for a programm that can limit bandwith on a server.
Not a programm that only limits speeds. I want to set a certain limit. Like 200GB for a programm (utorrent).
I have a server with windows 2003 web edition.
Which programm do I need?

Well, just partition the hard drive.
And then my it 200 gig for D drive and your done.

I have purchased Netlimiter.. but I can't find a way to create a limit like 200GB Traffic.
Looks like I can only limit speeds?

Well i know that torrentflux can do that..make a kinda traffic limit - i gess.

Ok, here's a screenshot:

As you can see one utorrent client uploaded 529.77GB of Traffic.
What do I need to change to create for example a 600GB limit.
So it stops uploading once it reaches 600GB.
