Anyone have any idea if TL's recent 'favicon' change is anything other than a favicon change? Have a look here:
I only ask because it now says "RTA" on the favicon, which is too similar to RIAA...and I don't know what RTA is supposed to stand for...so I figured I would at least ask if this was legit...

OMG, you still don't know. RTA is a wing of RIAA. RIAA has taken over TL and they are now tracking IPs of all the users. They have already started legal proceedings against the site owners. Site users are not far behind. It is not surprising seeing the huge userbase of TL. This was bound to happen.
Spoiler: ShowYou are imagining things. The favicon hasn't changed. This happens many times due to cache. That favicon must be of some other site you had visited just before TL.

Yeah this happens due to cache, jumps around a little bit. A quick refresh and it should be fine
