    The ADSL provider in Israel just started testing the NGN network which means high speeds of upload.
    I don't see any reason for any Israeli to continue cheating & I hope that when the trackers see that the cheating has stopped they will unban the ban....

    Well 2 of my invitees were Israelis and they ratio cheated. so I dunno.

    if they dont have high upload speeds can hire seedboxes..torrent business lil expensive...

    As far as I know people cheat when they have bad up speed or they're f**king lazy to upload back from where they downloaded.

    & I don't see any relevance from what I wrote to seedboxs. That is a legitimate way to upload.
