Are there any TT users that wont trade their invites?

Yes, I believe it's closed. There hasn't been anything on the home page about it opening up. And from what I've seen they always post an announcement when they open them up.

Actually Vips can get invites anytime they want if the tracker hasnt reached its user limit .. Sam is the case with ppl who suscribe i think

Yeah, I forgot to point that out. My bad. It's possible to get in, but your chances are pretty low because of this.

I didn't trade to get into TT. I got an invite offered about 6 months ago by a friend I met here on FST. When I got the invite I told him that if ever he was in need of something in the future I would see what I could do for him.

His answer was very straightforward...he said he gave it to me as a gesture of friendship and needed nothing in return. That is how every invite should be handed out ... in private amongst friends. And if you don't get one you shouldn't resort to other methods of getting it.

There are other trackers or P2P applications that should be able to satisfy your needs. Maybe not all that is on TT, but at least most of it.

Also I believe the tracker is traded because it is the 'highest-level'-niche-tracker. Combine that 'level' with the fact it is useless if not a Trance-addict and you find the reason why it is traded so much. A mass of people want it but come to the conclusion it's not for them and then just trade it to someone else who is blinded by the level and who comes to the same conclusion and starts trading it also, etc, etc, etc...

Hey, mate if it helps, I don't like trance either. I signed up to tranceroute last week to see (yet again) what all the fuss was about. DLed an album, listened for a few mins, and then closed my music player. I'm still seeding the torrent, but I think I'll let my acc die due to inactivity.

I invited a couple of RL friends over to private trackers and very little did well in it, now I don't ever invite any RL friends anymore due to the fact that they aren't good candidates to get invited.
