Also, Kenya isn't a "conflicted area" nor a conflict zone (which I assume is what you meant) - in fact it has the 7th (out of 48) highest GDP of sub-Saharan countries, only lagging behind African giant, South Africa and the African oil producing countries. Nairobi is Africa's 4th largest city, and home to the UN Office in Africa, and home to the 4th largest stock exchange in Africa (remember this includes perceived more prosperous North African countries).
And one more thing, which dress code are you exactly referring to?
