Iam new to torrent this is the first time im using torrents i downloaded utorrent and installed if i go to a certain sections there are rar files when i download the file and extract it there is NZB files then im clueless to what to do can somebody please guide me thankyou.

Sure. you are downloading NZB files instead of torrents so you are mixing download formats LOL. What site did you download from? for NZB downloads see some of the stickies in the Newsgroups section here.
