I mean the RIAA make out as if pirates are fat shits who use private ftps and hang out on IRC all day (thats only the scene/die hard wanna be scene members).
The average 'filesharer' still buys from legit sources and shares it. The artist still makes a profit from their overpriced concerts/live shows so why is the RIAA/MPAA making ISP's going through so much trouble to find one or many filesharers?
Surely if they have that much money they can donate it to the artist
