Ccd. Img. Sub. Cue

i got a game in a rar file
after extracting it, it came with > ccd, img, sub, cue
i know nero burned cue file > cue file normally worked w/ bin file
also the cue file has the img file written in it

so what happened to ccd and sub files

and does using nero to image burn the cue file really work when it came with the other 3 files or better to use the clonecd program

I beleive that by using the cue it does make it probperly burnable with nero, however the point of clonecd is to copy the protection aswell. As usually I say better to use clonecd or anything besides nero. (i do no tknow why I hate, i just do)

Use clonecd for this, it will guarantee you a good working copy of the original cd. I dont know if Nero works but you cant try it out, just keep in mind that you are most likely will waste a CDR.

Use Alcohol120% and navigate to the .ccd,hit burn and sit back.

He think that he is saying that he burned it successfully so to answer this point.

The .ccd is the clonecd equivelnt of a .cue
the .sub is the sub channel data of all the tracks (i beleive this may mean the copy protection)

So those two files are not critical to the data, rather the advantage of clonecd.

*note: I may be wrong about the .sub's purpose, I kinda guessed :-" :'(
