Outlook displays contact rather than email id

I use the Outlook at my office... however, in To list it always displays first name and last name of the users...rather than email addresses..

I want to copy the email addresses of my friends addresses using the distribution list... but if I expand the distribution list it shows first name and last name of the members in the list... but not the email IDs...

Any tweak or trick to copy the emails of the contacts in bulk... rather than clicking on Properties of the each contact to copy the email addresses..

just press cntrl k for the names u wil get the email address.
