I'm not "someone better". Now my only doubt is if it is "off topic" enough to close this thread.

first playing the innocent n00b kid to get some free invites and now this. a good reason not to help even "n00bs" anymore on fst.

there goes the tl account you gave him, veidenbaum. thanks for your kindness...
The other day I saw a n00b here asking about a few trackers, and I was actually going to invite him to a bunch of trackers to help him out. I stopped myself at the last moment. This sort of lying scumbags is exactly the reason why I felt I had to take a step back and reconsider. It's people like this that ruin it for everyone else.

Perhaps this thread has exceeded its initial goal, and now has a more important one, which is to discuss how the environment at FST allows guys like the OP get to any tracker they want so easily. Don't you think that if a guy can make up some lies and get into so many trackers so easily then *something* is wrong in the system here?

It also occurred to me that you keep talking about how committed you are to defending FST members. Well, here's your chance to practice what you're preaching, defend your members from obvious scammers like the OP.

Which idiot gave this noobs all his invites, must say impressed by the amount of trackers he got in such a quick time. Some people really should take care in who they invite, for such a noob he got some impressive sites.

I seem to have morphed from the "good" mod to the "bad" mod.
Since I wasn't paying close enough attention (can't be everyplace to once) I going to make a judgment call based on obvious intent by the OP to bypass the rules of this section to get invites and give him what I feel he really deserves.
That and he really is a cawk in "giving" (which I doubt) away accounts that people graciously gave him.

it's hilarious how this turned out haha.

big ups to all those people who gave away their invites to this trader.

I didn't read this thread, so I'm gonna take a leap of faith and assume he is trading/giving away accounts he got invited to.

This isn't scamming. Scamming is when a negotiated trade deal goes awry. All the OP has done is abuse the trust of his inviters, which isn't against our rules and is an unfortunate reality people here have to face. Don't blindy trust new users who haven't formed any identity.

Obviously we don't agree on the definition of scamming .
I believe in the more literal sense: obtaining something (as in an invite )through fraudulent means(as in pretending to be something that you are not).

Yeah I guess, but either way it's something protected by the inviter's common sense.

@ pro: What do you propose to change in our 'system'? Because from my point of view it's fine. Go to an exclusive invites forum, and you'll still find some rotten seeds. Use judgement while inviting users and don't come crying if they havn't met your expectations, because inviting them was YOUR responsibility, not ours. It may not be morally right, but it's not our responsibility in the same sense as when a trader is scammed. You are in no way forced to fill anyone's requests, but while trading there is been a binding agreement behind what is given and received and we acknowledge this.

Unless traders are restricted from giving away or requesting invites which won't happen, I can't see a reason for this to be enforced because people who make invite giveaways make stupid choices all the time, and it's completely their own fault and they have to accept that responsibility. You could argue that it's a trader's own fault for being scammed, but if we get proof of a breach in agreement then we will ban the user to prevent this again. If you want to make sure someone hasn't given away accounts that he's gotten in a giveaway, then do a background check yourself.

Sidenote: the OP was basically requesting invites in the wrong forum, so I am in no way defending him on his infraction. I guess these threads should be closed as soon as recruitment offers or email exchanges come up to prevent this abuse in the future, but aside from that I don't really have much pity for the inviters. It's just another BT lesson you hope you won't have to learn first hand.
