Thread: Having Linux and Window Vista on one computer

    well i currently have Window Vista and i am not really impressed by it

    so my question is

    if i have linux and vista
    will it slow my computer?

    No. Why would it? You can't run both at the same time If you use Ubuntu Or Kubuntu it will auto install a boot loader so it's easy to choose which one boots...but no slow downs.

    If you make a dual boot, no...

    with a virtual machine software (like VMware) you may actually install and run Linux inside Windows but in this case you'll have both OS running at the same time which I think is not the case.

    no , if you have free space enough
