Unreal2 Install Error

I recently finished downloading Unreal 2: the awakening using a hash from verifieddownloads.com (sharereactor cue/bin format). All happy and excited I burned the image to cd using nero and proceeded to attempt the installation. Wouldnt ya know but that I would get an error as follows:

Component transfer error

component: Main app
file group: App executables
file: I:\data2.cab
error: data error (cyclic redundancy check)

i tried using a different drive, burning a second cd with all other apps closed, and even using an emulator (daemon tools) to mount an image. The error occurs at the same point in every attempt as follows:

38% complete (on cd1) at E:\Unreal2\sounds\U2drakkNew.uax

I suppose that I got a corrupted image or that something happened while downloading the files. Any insite here would be greatly appreciated. Is there any way to fix this problem without redownloading an entire new cd1 bin/cue file??

got the same prob as you, twice. yeah your image is corrupt. first time mine occured at 96% and second 54%. its cd image 1 for you thats corrupted, if your lucky cd2 wont be. i started dl it with emule now - cd2 cause i want an image that works this time
