Great tracker. If they had older stuff and more torrents, they could easily be number one. Love those freeleech packs and MP3s.

scc is in my opinion the best of the scene (0sec ones) sites. Archive section which is sick for older stuff and packs (all freeleech), the best pretimes, lots of mp3 (all freeleech as well). It is also not an effort to maintain a ratio, so long as you seed the packs for as long as possible, and if you jump on new stuff fairly quick, you should be able to seed back to a ratio of above one (depending on your home connection, mine is 3:1).

SCC is for the type of kids who have naked/seminaked girls in their avatar.

The biggest problem with this immaturity is that nobody seeds long enough. Here, for comparison, is SCC with some seedtime rules (36hrs or 1:1 or h&r for 1.5 overall ratio holders) v. FTN with no seedtime or ratio and a smaller userbase.

Torrents die faster at SCC.

Compare snatches to number of seeds and notice that FTN retains way higher seeder percentages on its torrents, despite smaller userbase, lower snatches and no minimum seed time or ratio requirements.

It becomes even more apparent if you look at releases older than 3-4 days.

First of all, basilhaydens thanks for your post. Just the kind of info I was looking for in my thread.

On topic: Scc is a very good tracker, though it could be much better. I'm not complaining, though. The speed is there, so are the pretimes, true that the torrents life ain't long. Personally I don't mind downloading some old torrent a slower speed as long as I'm downloading it.
