why "for begginers" ?
it seems many people associate "low levels" with begginings... let me tell you that it really tends to make people care about levels.
indeed, it contribute to make beginners think: "low levels are for newcomers, high levels are for experienced users so levels are probably related to quality" - actually the best way to make them dreaming about hard-to-get trackers.

PS: no offense Terminator, you're still a good guy in my eyes

Maybe I titled it wrong. These sites are great and I'm not just gonna give them to anyone with 1 post. I just want to invite newcomers to great sites. When I was starting out in the BT I joined a bunch of crappy sites, I don't want everyone to go through that. Besides for some of these people IPtorrents, for instance might be the only tracker they'll ever use or need and knowing that I invited them there would make me very happy
