I search this book long time, but i don`t find anything Billiards and Snooker Referees' Handbook by John Street. Just tell me where i can find this ... on RS or torrents.

I need this very very much and on Amazon isn`t available

You could try google defining a file type (advanced search options) or simple type something like

"Billiard and Snooker" filetype:pdf

and see if you find something. Sometimes you may even find the book you're looking for. Good luck
