That is not cap :/

It just says that if your upload bandwidth 95th percentile must be at 8 mpbs


In the event of exceeding 95%, the bandwidth is limited to: OVH to Internet
(Peering) 100 Mbps OVH to Internet
(Transit) Not guaranteed between 11am and 1am.


At kimsufi.com if you use intensively the bandwidth your upload will be capped at 10 mbps.(That is what happened to me after 6 days of having seedhost.eu account)


@ Kimsufi.co.uk your badniwdth will not be capped but you'll have guaranteed from 11 am to 1 am. (have no experience from that yet :/)
