this is my new favourite movie - duno why but it is

and was wondering if anyone knew what the little boy says to the girl at the end of the film (when she is on the bike and he is the neighbour)

i was real muddles - sounded german to me

something about knowing Donnie's Mom/family.

I think, basically, what they were trying to say with that scene is that now that time is correct people still feel some connection to each other from the alternate time/universe.

boy: he got smashed by a jet engine.
girl: what was his name?
boy: donnie, donnie darko
girl: hmm
boy: i feel bad for his family

a few people who watched it didnt understand much of it but i thought it was easy to understand if you watched it - just the kid baffled me when he said that

That was a pretty amazing movie. the whole time/universal bond kind of made me happy. That is one of the movies that made #2 on my list out of 10 best movies ever.
