I really need a new player. Have used VLC for a too long time now :/..
I'm searching for something similar too Itunes !
I don't have Mac, so I can't use the fluke plug-in, and I have too much FLAC (About 500gb) to convert it too ALAC.

erm....i use winamp for Flacs.....dunno if it's the best...but i like it
Just found the one
It's called mediamonkey, and have all the features that itunes have
Foobar.
You can even make it look like iTunes.
yo
i use the kmplayer.
if want it i could send it to your e-mail.
What was wrong with VLC?
It's open source, light weight, bundled with features and is still actively in development
Since this thread is gonna die it might aswell die with my last reply telling u guys that Foobar2000 is the ultimate audio-player for FLAC

I vote for Winamp, because it docks to the top as a tiny bar, that's always on-top/available. It does its thing and stays out of the way. I know people love foobar, but I couldn't get it to take up as little space as Winamp while being always visible, nor am I willing to put in the effort to do so.
