I am working on completing the car list on shoreside vale (not portland) and I am in need of the BF injection. now I know you can get this after you complete the " sayonara Salvatore" mission but can you also get it after you've played missions after that one? casuse I can't find it and I seem to remember I once saw it in that park in hepburn heights but it is never there. do any of you know where it is or what I can do to get it?

it is in the first part of the city
in the park where the hoods be at, you know with the baseballball bats and pistals
but it is only there for certain time of day
all i know is that it is there somtime in the day but not night
