Need Help With European Isp

Hey anyone on the other side of the ocean know where I can get a good deal on any of the following solutions:

calling card from Europe to US

and either

toll-free ISP good for most of north western Europe

or

month to month plan or rental of mobile ISP device for a laptop (ieCMCIA/USB)

I am going to be traveling throughout most of north western europe twice a year for around 30-40 days at a time and want to stay connected for a few hours a day. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
