Hello,

I am trying to study up on the "other" side of the software piracy spectrum. Articles I found on Google did not answer a lot of my questions.

I understand that many pirates believe that creating a copy of the original and distributing it for free is not theft or stealing. Technically speaking, "theft" doesn't even apply to software piracy.

That being said, how would pro-pirates justify the actual cause-effect of the loss of income that has been set into effect by free copies of their own software that people must buy for create actual income? Even with this risk, do pirates still support unlimited sharing and distribution of software/etc that you would regularly have to spend money on?

Please, teach me. I have heard the teachings of the other side far too many times. It is time to hear the other.
