Thread: seedhost.net - is anyone else getting annoyed with them?

    My seebox is back online as well. And the stuff are intact so all is good.

    My seedbox still isn't back yet. Here is their copy and paste response to all four of my trouble tickets "Dear Customer,
    Main server is still down, and will be up within 12hours, we will let you know once fixed, and also will provide you compensation once fixed, sorry for the inconveniance."

    For those that have access again, what is your server number? Mine is ks1028.seedhost.net, I wonder if they are going in numerical order to restore them.

    ks1003 is up already from yesterday, all other servers should be up in next 30-60mins, thanks.

    This is the biggest load of crap I have ever heard! It's now about 9 days that all service is OFF FOR MY BOX! I've since went and switched to a different provider. My server was ks1008 - it is still down. I don't care about getting 'refunded with server time'. I want my money. This is blatant stealing.

    Well my I finally have FTP access but the web gui is still down. Any idea when I will have full use of the seedbox again?

    If FTP is working, then server is up maybe uTorrent crashed or something, please open an support ticket so it can be resolved,

    ks1051 is down again around afternoon GMT 29 Sept 09

    Well it's up now but the speed isn't good. We'll see.

    I can confirm that the speed is good again, thx seedhost, hope this stays well.

    as of now all issues with OVH resolved, all servers are up and running, everyone who opened support ticket or sent an email and had server down due to this issue recieved 7 days free of service as compensation, if someone still have any issues you can contact our support department via customer area or at email : [email protected],
