i am guessing you ae talking about your web site.
Make the title pages stand out, dont put to much crap in the title, just what the page is.
Meta tags and list only a few things that your site does, dont list 100`s
get other sites to link to your site, this is the best way to do it fast.

Those are only for the adsense, meaning the top results that say sponsored. To be part of the actual results you need to be linked too.yep, you have this option too...
