Hey you do a mission with that car, u have to put a bomb in it and then sum guys go over to it and then u detonate it, but the easy way is not to put a bomb in it, and then kill the guys wit a gun!
Its easy man, use yer common sense..

And, if youve already done that mission then yer screwed man , you cant get that car any more, sorry...

Steal a fire truck and start putting out fires. Every once in a while you see a Mr. Whoopee truck that's on fire. Put it out, then take it.
