On that page, the link to the forum is www.fasttrackcentral.com which doesn't work.
However if you go to http://user877783.wx9.registeredsite.com/forum the login will appear to enter the forum.

Can anyone check if there's actually a forum and if there are members online?

That site does look weird.
Perhaps the webmaster is just making some tests to see if the database backup is alright.
Just guessing.
