What was your favourite toy when you were little?

Used to have loads of fun with Fisher Technik building all kinds of stuff.
My parents best friends used to have a toy-shop so I had tons of them.

About kids going outside and play ... some need a little incentive some don't.
My oldest will always go outside and do stuff in the garden or the surrounding fields and roads. My youngest is a rather lazy one ... she always wants to look tv, play on her DS or other shit as long as she doesn't get herself tired

It's up to the parents to tell these children to go and play outside regularly when the weather allows it. If you never motivate them to go outside and play with them or ride bycicle they will always remain inside.

Got to say this thread brings some memories back, toys that actually made u use your imagination, i used to love playing with my toy cars and garage and lego plus all my he-man action figures, shame these days kids only like sitting in front of there tvs with a games console.

Maybe your kids do. Mine go out and play football, jump about on the trampoline, just generally fuck about like weans are supposed to. They have fun, skin their knees, fall out with their pals. Go and play with them five minutes later.

Basically they are wee pests, it's their job for fuck sake.

Maybe you should look at yourself, rather than the weans.

Ya, that's pretty much how it was when I was a kid and same for all my friends.
The video games and tv watching were reserved for night time use or when friends were all busy.
