How often do trackers update ratios? I know by now that mine is acceptable for downloads, but they still show the exact same ratio that caused D/L's to fail.

On most decent private trackers, it happens as soon as your client announces (or updates the tracker)

Download and Upload stats are updated on every announce but normally other settings such as user class and permissions are updated every 15 minutes to 1 hour.
