I would be extremely wary of who you choose to give invites to. Being that I recruit for a couple sites (one that you are giving an invite to) I look for certain "red flags". I am almost amazed how many 2 & 3 year old accounts with less than 100 posts have suddenly popped up to make a request. Not only is it weird that someone that has been a member here and more than likely a BT user for that long is not already in the sites you offer but it is almost unimaginable. Although they may not be traders it sure appears that these may be dupe accounts. Even if they are not be wary of or take note of their activity level here and wonder how it may be there.

yeah, i think i will leave this thread, it seems the OP don't want to check appliers history by himself and prefers other members doing it instead of him...
