23 TB at TVT.com Though that's not really hard considering how many users it has and how many TV packs I've downloaded.
2nd is 8 TB at BitHQ.
3rd is 6 TB at TorrentBytes.
The rest of my trackers that I use regularly have 1-4 TB buffer.
No seedbox, just a 100/100 Mbit home connection.
