this makes me wanna install the first one and try to finish it.
i see so many people saying good stuff of the first one, but i honestly didn't find it anything so special to earn such a reputation.

It was way over-hyped. Story was intriguing but that's about it. I never got past the 2 hour mark because it fails as a horror game and it fails as a FPS because it's not scary and the gameplay feels sluggish. yup. the aiming system was awful.
