I could go on but what’s the point, the bible was written by humans it has some historical fact which in itself can be debated but most of it is imagative story telling by humans nothing more.

Evolution is not simply the straight tree that Darwin had thought apart from the common ancestor it's a interweaving web were Humanoid species competed and interbreed some died some survived to get to this point.

I can prove that evolution is happening now very easily,
Why does the flu virus come back every year?
because it evolves just enough to get past the immune system which wont recognize the new version and has to go though whole process of developing antibodies against it,
Sometimes the evolutionary changes in the Virus are so different from the previous version that you can end up with an epidemic were millions die

That is evolution in action; can you provide proof of your God?

you know what is interesting is that up till 40,000 years ago, homo sapiens were not the only species of man on the planet.
