2 users on one dedi?

I'm currently using kimsufi 2XL by myself. I'm thinking about better server to share with my friend. Just have 1 question, maybe someone knows the answer.
Is it possible to access dedi through RDC from two different places (at the same time)? Or only one user at a time? I would use Windows Server "Web Edition".

The limit in Windows it´s two simultaneously, you´re right. If you want more, you have to pay to Microsoft

So it is possible after all? Using same machine and resources? I'd go for Kimsufi 4XL then

Yes it´s possible but I think you will get a better performance using linux, but if you want Windows, is the price to pay.

Yeah, I know Linux would be better, but I need Windows because I use dedi for more than just a seedbox. (Rarring, Usenet, Converting some video files).
