Free Download Of Dreamweaver

Hi everyone, especially you "techies" that are far advanced.
I'm a writer, and need to put up about three [3] Webites. I need
a program to design them I can't afford DREAMWEAVER and don't have FRONT PAGE. I have a Compaq Pressario Me.
Can anyone be kind enough to help me with the following?

[1] Wher and how can I download [free] DREAMWEAVER, or a good
Web designer?

[2] When I get it done, what is the best and cheapest HOST?

I would really be grateful for some advice on these.

FrontPage Express? Please, don't remind me of the bad memories, without a doubt it is the worst HTML authoring program available.

I've never used the express version..I have frontpage 2002. I have dreamweaver MX also, but don't have it installed.

I would suggest searching for it...

make sure u get the NEW Dreamweave MX 2004 , as the old MX did have a few bugs but none of these bug r in MX 2004... I wud also recomend u get a gud Image Editing prog if u want 2 start web Designing...

Mozilla Composer, part of Mozilla suite, is a good free html editor.
