Yet not every country takes aggressive measures against staff owners et cetera just like they did to TPB in Sweden. I don't see Turkish government banning Turkish trackers and arresting owners et cetera. So even if every country has anti-piracy laws, not all of them implement it in a way that aims the total destruction of bt communities.No they don't.
